My charges

I use a basic rate of £35 per hour to estimate project costs. It can be very difficult to estimate how long a job will take. Often it works out that I've charged less than £35, and very rarely it works out more - depending on a wide range of factors. This is why I always provide a detailed quotation setting out what I include - and don’t include - in any project.

I’ve just moved back to Buxton after many years away, and I’m keen to build a new and local client base. I understand that the only way to succeed is to have happy clients. They tell other people, and the word soon spreads.

High quality at low cost

I think £35 per hour is a reasonable rate. There may be freelance designers who charge less - especially if they’re just starting out, or have very low overheads. But for the standard of work I produce - based on many years’ experience and expertise - I feel I provide very high quality results coupled with real value for money.
